Terms of Service

By placing an order with Gripino, you agree to the following terms.

Our Service

  • Gripino provides professional climbing shoe resole services
  • Services include Half Sole, Half Sole + Rand, Full Sole, and Full Sole + Rand
  • Local pickup pricing starts at $45; shipping adds $20 with a prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label

Order Process

  • Orders are confirmed within 1 business day
  • A prepaid USPS shipping label will be emailed to you upon confirmation
  • Shipping labels are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
  • Turnaround time is approximately 1 week from the date we receive your shoes, excluding shipping time

Our Responsibility

  • We photograph your shoes upon receipt before beginning any work
  • We will notify you immediately if any issues arise during the resole process
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to shoes prior to resole

Customer Responsibility

  • Shoes must be securely packaged before shipping
  • Please ensure shoes are free of excessive dirt or debris before sending
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Right to Refuse Service

  • Gripino reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion
  • We may decline orders if shoes are deemed unsuitable for resoling due to excessive wear, structural damage, or delamination
  • If your shoes are found to be unsuitable for resoling upon receipt, we will notify you immediately. A $20 shipping handling fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded
  • If Gripino is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund
