Turnaround & Shipping
Turnaround Time
- Current turnaround time is approximately 1 week from the day we receive your shoes
- Shipping time is not included in this estimate
- You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your shoes and begin working on them
- Once your resoled shoes are shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number
- You can also track your shipment anytime from your order page
Shipping
- Round-trip shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is a flat $20
- A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your order
- Shipping labels are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
- We currently ship within the United States only
Local Drop-off & Pick-up
- Local drop-off and pick-up is available at our workshop in Santa Ana, CA
- Local drop-off & pick-up is offered at no additional cost

Lost Package Policy
- All shipments are covered by USPS Ground Advantage insurance
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, Gripino will file a claim with USPS on your behalf
- If the claim is approved, we will offer either a full refund or a discount on your next resole
- If the claim is denied, we will work with you to find a fair resolution
