Step 1 — Place Your Order

• Choose your resole service
• Enter your shoe brand, model, and shipping address
• Complete payment — you're done!

Step 2 — Ship Your Shoes

• We email you a prepaid USPS label within 1 business day
• Label is valid for 14 days
• Pack securely and drop off at any USPS location

Local to Southern California?

• Drop off & pick up in person at our workshop

Step 3 — Get Them Back

• We resole your shoes within 1 week
• Shipped back to you with tracking notification
