Ordering is simple. Choose your resole service, fill in your shoe details and shipping address during checkout, and complete payment. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your order history.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label within 1 business day. The label is valid for 14 days. Pack your shoes securely, attach the label, and drop them off at any USPS location — no postage needed.

Our current turnaround time is 1 week from the day we receive your shoes. Shipping time is not included in this estimate.

Shipping is free — round-trip. All orders include free round-trip shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shoes and send photos to support@gripino.com. We'll make it right at no additional cost.
